Alex completed a dyslexia assessment for my daughter, who is neurodivergent and has complex additional needs. Alex was professional throughout the planning process and assessment, and explained the process fully so I understood it all and could prepare my daughter. The assessment sessions were structured and Alex supported my daughter brilliantly, ensuring the subtests were completed effectively but also enabling my daughter to take sensory breaks when she needed to.
